Keep the cake level at all times such as on the flat board of the car during transport and on a level tray in your fridge. Do not tilt or hug the cake box.
Transport the cake box in an air-conditioned car, away from any loose objects
The shelf life of your cake pops depends on what flavor you’ve chosen. All flavours, except vanilla, red velvet, caramel mud, chocolate mud (5-7 days), last for 4 weeks at room temperature.
Your cake pops will either come wrapped in cello bags or unwrapped in cupcake liners. Cake pops are best eaten at room temperature. Refrigeration is not required unless in unusual hot conditions.
Keep away from direct sunlight, heat source or high humidity.
During a heatwave, store your cake pops in its box in the fridge. If your cake pops are not individually wrapped, you will need to wrap your whole box with cling wrap prior to storage. This protects the chocolate coating from humidity during thawing.
If your cake pops are chilled, take the box out of the fridge an hour before service for it to reach room temperature. Thaw in its box, wrapped, to avoid condensation or “sweating”.
Extra cake pops can be chilled for up to 14 days (vanilla, red velvet, caramel mud, chocolate mud) or up to 3 months for any of the other flavours. Please be aware chocolate will change colour and decorations might smear if your cake pops are thawed, unwrapped, in humid conditions.
Pick up and carry your cake box from the bottom only
